教师简介

 

一、研究领域
  计算机辅助药物分子设计与合成。(1)发展基于密度泛函理论的药物分子设计方法和基于靶标的药物分子设计;(2)对成功设计的药物分子进行合成和生物活性测试。已在著名期刊Journal of the American Chemical Society 和Chem. Commun.  Journal of Chemical Physics等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,论文被引用次数高达900余次。期刊最高影响因子10.0。

1、国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于密度泛函、分子力场和连续溶剂模型的蛋白质-配体结合自由能的计算,项目负责人,资金25万。

2、教育部归国留学人员基金,基于密度泛函、PBSA方法的药物分子脂水分配系数的计算。

3、广东省教育厅科技创新项目:基于乙酰乳酸合成酶的新型磺酰脲类抑制剂的设计与合成。
