报告人简介：

Dr. YanliZhao is currently aProfessor at both School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) andSchool of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) in Nanyang TechnologicalUniversity (NTU). He is the Assistant Chair (Faculty) in SPMS. Dr. Zhaoreceived his B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from Nankai University. Hethen conducted his postdoctoral research with Professor Sir Fraser Stoddart atUniversity of California Los Angeles and subsequently at NorthwesternUniversity. He joined NTU as a Nanyang Assistant Professor in 2010, and waspromoted to Associate Professor and Full Professor in 2015 and 2018,respectively.

Dr. Zhao’s research is focused on thedevelopment of integrated systems for bioimaging and therapy, as well as porousmaterials for energy storage and catalysis. He has so far authored more than330 scientific papers with an h-index of 62. He has received severalawards, including the Singapore National Research Foundation Investigatorship, ACSApplied Materials & Interfaces Young Investigator Award, Asian andOceanian Photochemistry Association Prize for Young Scientists, TR35@SingaporeAward, and Singapore National Research Foundation Fellowship. He is anAssociate Editor of ACS Applied Nano Materials.
