自修课登记表使用说明

1. 本模板供深圳大学化学与环境工程学院学生自修课修读使用。相关修读要求见附件的修读说明。

2. 同一个模板可使用多次，请根据实际修读情况进行使用。

3. 请采用A4纸打印模板，每次考核内容的撰写篇幅请控制在一页内，需由导师签字证明。

4. 自修课修读贯穿整个研究生学习阶段，考核在毕业学期的前一个学期（每年11~12月）开展。考核时，请将所有的考核表连同相关附件材料装订成一本提交。

5. 自修课如有最新规定，请以当年级培养方案中提示的最新考核要求为准。

Instructions

(1) This template is for students of the College of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering at Shenzhen University to take Self-study Courses. The study requirements can be found in the study instructions of each major.

(2) The same template can be used multiple times. Please use it according to your actual study situation.

(3) Please print the template on A4 paper. The length of each assessment content should be controlled within one page and must be signed and certified by the professor.

(4) Self-study courses are taken throughout the entire postgraduate study period, and the assessment is conducted in the semester before the graduation (from November to December each year). Please bind all the assessment forms along with the relevant supporting materials into one copy and submit it when taking the assessment.

(5) If there are any latest regulations for self-study courses, please refer to the latest assessment requirements indicated in the current Postgraduate Training Program.

备注：研究生《学术交流活动》《行业交流活动》必修环节不采用本模板考核，如需领取考核物料，请与本院研究生秘书老师联系，办公室：守信楼B1-419。
