冯玉杰,深圳大学特聘教授(兼),博士生/硕士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,科技部重点领域创新团队负责人,万人计划科技领军人才入选人员。兼任第八届国务院环境科学与工程学科评议组秘书长,环境科学学会常务理事,国际水协会IWA Fellow等学术兼职。主要从事低碳水污染控制理论与技术、未来水系统构建与智慧管控、海绵城市建设与黑臭水体治理、多元有机固废安全处置及资源化与能源化、二氧化碳资源化利用与碳减排评估等。在环境电化学、微生物电化学、近自然环境生态修复、 AI 赋能水系统数字化等方面成果突出。获得国家级奖励1项,省部级一等奖4项,省部级二等奖7项。累计发表中英文文章530篇,出版专著3部,主编或参与主编新书7部,出版译著1本,授权发明专利54项,H因子70(谷歌学术)。曾获得过“黑龙江省十大杰出青年”、“黑龙江省巾帼奖章”及“黑龙江省五一奖章”等荣誉称号,2014 年起连续 11年入选世界著名出版公司爱思唯尔(Elsevier)环境科学领域中国高被引学者。
团队面向国家水安全保障重大战略需求,开展低碳水处理技术与装备、城乡水环境生态安全与智慧管控、碳减排与评估、有机质碳源综合利用等方面的理论与技术研究。在灰绿结合水污染控制技术、水生态修复强化技术研发方面成果突出,实现了从“0”到“1”的理论突破和从“1”到“100”的技术推广。创建“理论突破-技术创新-装备研发-工程示范”的全链条体系,成果在全国10余省市工程应用,为我国水环境治理提供重要科技支撑。主要研究方向包括:
1. 低碳水处理技术及资源化与能源化:紧扣“双碳”目标与水资源可持续发展需求,以“降碳减排”与“资源回收”协同增效为核心,聚焦工业高盐难降解废水、市政生活污水等典型场景,开展生物处理工艺创新,耦合膜分离、高级氧化、微生物电化学系统等技术,构建“污染物消减-低碳运行-资源循环”三位一体技术体系。开展全流程能耗在线监测与碳足迹动态核算模型,为水处理行业绿色转型提供技术范式与标准支撑。突破传统水处理工艺高能耗、高碳排放、资源利用率低的技术瓶颈,推动从“能耗大户”向“碳汇载体”“资源工厂”升级。
2.近自然城市水生态修复理论与技术:立足城市水生态系统结构失衡、功能退化的核心痛点,以“模拟自然水文节律、重塑水生态系统服务功能”为核心理论导向,构建“自然过程-人工调控”协同的近自然修复理论框架;聚焦城市水系统关键单元,整合生态水文、群落生态学等多学科理论,研究近自然修复的核心机制与技术路径,为构建城市水体从“被动治理”向“主动自净”转型提供理论支撑与技术范式,并为构建“灰-绿-蓝”耦合的水处理技术体系提供技术支撑,助力城市水生态系统可持续发展。
3. 环境电化学及在环境能源领域应用:聚焦环境电化学在水氧化、氧还原等反应中的共性催化剂瓶颈,以破解环境电化学“催化效率低-电荷损耗大-体系适配性差”难题,支撑环境污染物降解与清洁能源生产协同落地为核心导向,构建“催化机制-材料设计-系统应用”一体化研究体系。重点开展与微生物电化学、微生物电解、环境光电系统催化剂反应界面跨尺度协同优化、环境-能源耦合反应路径重构、模块化设备集成及工况适配性提升等关键理论与技术攻关,推动环境电催化向环境治理与能源生产协同升级。
4. 多元有机质安全处置与资源循环利用:聚焦农林废弃物、市政污泥、厨余垃圾等多元有机质,以破解 “固废围城”、支撑 “双碳” 目标落地为核心导向,构建 “安全处置 - 资源循环” 一体化研究体系。围绕 “减量化、无害化、资源化” 根本原则,重点开展有机质分类预处理、热解气化能效优化、厌氧发酵产沼调控、好氧堆肥品质提升、高值碳源提取及能源化转化等关键理论与技术攻关,为推动有机质从基础处置向梯次高值利用升级,形成“资源 -产品-废弃物-再生资源”的闭环生态提供理论与技术方法。
5.城市水系统韧性理论与智慧管控:以城市水系统“抗扰-适应-恢复”核心需求为导向,统筹水资源调配、水安全保障、水环境治理及水生态修复四大维度,构建“绿色生态设施 - 灰色传统工程-蓝色水体系统”协同运作机制。开展水系统数字孪生关键技术研发,整合物联网感知数据、水文水质模拟模型与多源异构数据,构建全要素动态映射的数字孪生平台,为城市水系统优化构建、黑臭水体精准治理、水风险智能预警提供理论支撑与方法学指导,助力提升城市水系统综合韧性与智慧管控水平。
智能低碳水处理技术创新与应用团队包括助理教授 2 名,博士后 6 名。团队与美国宾西法尼亚州立大学、英国南安普顿大学、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学、滑铁卢大学、香港理工大学等均建立了长期稳定的学术交流渠道,具有通畅的国际科技合作与学生联合培养路径。
