刘翼振,男,武汉大学分析化学博士,副教授(独立PI),博士生导师,深圳市高层次人才,深圳大学优秀硕士生导师,中国化学会会员。现任深圳大学发展规划部副主任、化学与环境工程学院院长助理。
课题组依托深圳市纳米生物传感技术重点实验室、深圳大学纳米传感与分子诊疗研究中心开展CRISPR分子诊断前沿技术研究,课题组具备充足的硬件条件(独立办公位、qPCR、多功能酶标仪、分区PCR实验室等)和良好的学习工作氛围。
研究方向:
课题组围绕重大疾病精准诊断领域的需求开展方法学研究,已在本领域具备良好的梯队传承、在国内外具备学术影响力。2025年6月,课题组独立完成的有关CRISPR/Cas分子诊断技术的研究成果发表在国际顶尖学术期刊《Nature Biomedical Engineering》上。近三年,课题组主要研究成果均发表在Analytical Chemistry、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等分析化学领域著名顶刊上。
