王冠杰，博士，“百人计划”助理教授、博士生导师。主要研究兴趣是结合有机小分子催化和光电催化技术，开发新反应类型，探索新反应机制，以应对具有明显挑战性的合成难题。迄今为止，作为第一作者/通讯作者在化学领域高水平期刊发表SCI论文14篇，其中13篇属于中科院一区，包括J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (1篇)、Nature Commun. (1篇)。

学习和工作经历：

2016年9月至2021年6月于南京工业大学完成硕博连读，获工学博士学位，导师为黄维院士和付振乾教授；2021年9月至2025年6月博士后先后工作于深圳大学（与新加坡南洋理工大学联合培养）和南洋理工大学，合作导师为Yonggui Robin Chi （池永贵）教授。2025年7月加入深圳大学化学与环境工程学院任助理教授。
