梁宇轩，博士，副研究员，广东省水产食品加工与安全控制工程技术研究中心/深圳市食品营养与健康重点实验室骨干成员，主要从事食品营养与健康领域的相关研究。目前共发表论文28篇，其中以第一/共同第一作者在Food Chemistry、Food Research International、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊发表学术论文10篇。申请发明专利11件，授权4件。

研究方向：

主要从事海洋食品营养与健康领域的相关研究，具体研究方向如下：

1. 海洋结构脂质加工及创制：聚焦南极磷虾等海洋生物资源，挖掘并创制新型海洋结构脂质。重点研究结构脂质在机体内的消化、吸收与代谢规律，阐明其在改善睡眠、促进脑健康等方面的营养机制，为开发高附加值的海洋功能食品提供理论依据。

2. 计算机辅助靶向筛选与脑健康营养干预研究：结合生物信息学与网络药理学等计算生物学技术，预测并筛选具有神经保护潜力的海洋活性因子。依托果蝇、小鼠等动物模型，解析海洋脂质调控机体代谢及干预神经退行性疾病的作用机制，为慢病的早期主动营养干预提供新策略。
