基本信息:
2017年于内布拉斯加大学林肯分校(化学工程与生物分子工程系)获博士学位。主要研究经历包括食品蛋白质组学、植物蛋白凝胶与挤出加工、高分子材料结构-性能关系、药物分离纯化工艺开发、体外3D细胞培养等领域,已发表近20篇国际期刊与会议论文。2018年加入深圳大学食品科学与加工研究中心,完成了中国境内主要大豆品种蛋白质组成数据库的建立。

基本信息:Wenjian Zheng received his PhD degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering) in Dec 2017. His main research activities have covered areas of food proteomics, plant protein gelation and extrusion, polymer material structure-property relationship, pharmaceutical separation and purification process development and 3D in-vitro cell culture. He has published close to 20 international journal and conference papers. He joined The Food Science and Processing Research Center in Shenzhen University in 2018. He has developed a protein composition database of the main soy cultivars in China.
